Cultivating Gratitude Virtual Retreat

Lessening daylight.
Longer hours of dark.
So it is with the deepening of autumn.
Perfect time to cuddle up with a favorite blanket.
Perfect time to Cultivate Gratitude.

Cultivate Gratitude = Nurture, foster, support, develop, enrich our relationship with Gratitude
The experience of Gratitude is a surefire way to restore a sense of well-being and nourish the spirit. It is a perfect way to boldly enter the holiday season!

Gratitude unlocks a host of benefits:

  • Higher levels of positive emotions
  • Stronger immune systems and lower blood pressure
  • More joy and optimism
  • Acting with more generosity and compassion
  • Feeling less lonely and isolated

A Virtual Retreat...

Means that you get to relax and you simply call in to our teleconference from wherever you are. We will gather via teleconference at 2:00 p.m. CT for conversation and guided experiences that will prepare you for uninterrupted "just me" time. Then, we'll hang up the phone and spend time alone, in any way you wish -- indoors or outdoors, walking or sitting, sleeping or running. At the specified time, we will come back together on the phone to reconnect and complete the retreat.

Experience the Benefits

Two hours with two expert coaches will give you a strong sense of personal renewal, refreshing camaraderie, and specific tools to cultivate your gratitude practice. You will probably feel better physically, too, since the experience of gratitude leads to stronger immune systems, lower blood pressure, more joy and optimism.

Who needs this virtual retreat?

  • Have you been running on empty for a while now?
  • Has your "just you" time become a foreign notion?
  • Has your service to others taken on a life of its own?
  • Has a life transition left you feeling the need to reset your compass?
  • Is your spirit longing for quiet time?

Take this time to take careful care of yourself as you prepare for the demanding season ahead. Just imagine it, two wonderful hours for relaxation, restoration, and learning as you cultivate your gratitude practice.
