Design Your Destiny Coaching expands the International Coach Federation definition to say coaching is a synergistic process that creates new possibilities for success. Coaching is for successful professionals that are on top of their game. Coaching is also for those who have had their fill of “fixing and telling” and are ready for a more empowering, energizing way of being and leading.
Coaching allows for you to have an objective ally and a sounding board. Your coach also is a confidante that holds your agenda, your vision and your results as primary. During the coaching process we get to the heart of what matters most through simple, yet powerful questions that tap into the client’s innate wisdom, strengths and experience. In the process of coaching, clients also learn coaching skills that they may model in working with their teams.
Coaching can take place by telephone or in person. Design Your Destiny Coaching offers individual and group coaching. The coaching partnership may be as brief as three months if a client has a specific goal to complete within a specific time frame. Alternately, there are coaching partnerships in place for years. As goals and benchmarks are achieved, the next level of success is identified and targeted for ongoing coaching.
